Within the framework of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué No. II-18.1 on the Registered Capital System, it was unanimously resolved by the attendees that;

· The Company's registered capital ceiling, as stated in Article 6 of the Articles of Association, be increased by TRY 7.500.000.000 from TRY 500.000.000 to TRY 8.000.000.000 ,

· The validity period of the Company's registered capital ceiling be updated to cover the years 2025–2029,

· Article 6 titled "Capital" of the Articles of Association be amended as per the attached version,

The necessary approvals be obtained from the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, and the matter be submitted for the approval of the shareholders at the next General Assembly.
