We wis'h to inform you that the Board of Directors of Tulive Developers Limited at their meeting held today i.e., 2SthAugust 2020, which commenced at 04:00 pm and concluded at 05:00 pm, considered and approved the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June 2020.
Pursuant to Regulations 33 of the SEBI (LODR)Regulations,2015, we are enclosing the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2020, together with the limited review report. The results will also be uploaded in the website of Bombay Stock Exchange www.bseindia.com and on the company's website www.tulivedevelopers.com.

- We have reviewed the accompanying statement of unaudited financial results of TULIVE DEVELOPERS LllvllTEDfor the period from 01 .04.2020 to 30.06.2020.This statement is the responsibility of the Company's management and has been approved by the Board of Directors. Our responsibility is to issue a report on these financial statements based on our review.

- We conducted our review in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE) 2410, "Review of Interim Financial lnformation Performed by the lndependent Auditor of the Entity" issued by the lnstitute of Chartered Accountants of India. This Standard requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. A review is limited primarily to inquiries of company personnel and analytical procedures applied to financial data and thus provides less assurance than an audit. We have not performed an audit and accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion.

- Based on our review conducted as above, nothing has come to our attention that causes us to believe that the accompanying statement of unaudited financial results prepared in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards and other recognised accounting practices and polices has not disclosed the information required to be disclosed in terms of ReEulation 33 of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosers Requirements ) Regulations 2015 including the manner in which it is to be disclosed, or that it contains any material misstatement."
