Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı uyarınca Şirketimizin 2025 yılı hesap dönemine ait finansal raporların denetlenmesi ve bu kanunlardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında diğer faaliyetlerin yürütülmesi için Deneyim Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.'nin Bağımsız Denetim Kuruluşu olarak seçilmesine ilişkin 09.04.2025 tarihli Genel Kurul kararı, Torbalı Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 11.04.2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş olup, 11.04.2025 tarih ve 11310 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesinde ilan edilmiştir.

The General Assembly decision dated 09.04.2025 regarding the selection of Deney Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. as the Independent Audit Firm for the auditing of our Company's financial reports for the 2025 accounting period in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and the Capital Markets Legislation and for the execution of other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations in these laws was registered by the Torbalı Trade Registry Office on 11.04.2025 and announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 11.04.2025 and numbered 11310.
