Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 24.06.2025 tarih ve 13/01 sayılı kararı ile ;

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Özel Durumlar Tebliği'nde (II-15.1) yer alan "Geleceğe yönelik değerlendirmelerin kamuya açıklanması" hususu kapsamında, Şirketimizin 22.07.2024 tarihinde kamuoyu ile paylaşılan operasyonel ve finansal beklentilerinin revize edilerek kamuya açıklanmasına karar verilmiş olup ilgili revize beklentiler ekte yer almaktadır.

Kamuoyuna ve yatırımcılarımıza saygıyla duyurulur.

By the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 23.06.2025 and numbered 13/01;

Within the scope of the "Public disclosure of future evaluations" in the Capital Markets Board's Special Events Communiqué (II-15.1), it has been decided that our Company's operational and financial expectations, which were shared with the public on 22.07.2024, will be revised and disclosed to the public, and the relevant revised expectations are included in the appendix.

It is announced with respect to the public and our investors.
