Şirketimizin 4.000.000.000 TL olan Kayıtlı Sermaye Tavanı içerisinde kalacak şekilde çıkarılmış sermayesinin, tamamı 2022 yılı karından karşılanmak suretiyle 981.540.000 TL artırılarak 490.770.000 TL'den 1.472.310.000 TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanan İhraç Belgesi ve Esas Sözleşme Tadil metni ekte yer almaktadır.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

Issuance Certificate and Articles of Association approved by the Capital Markets Board regarding the increase of the capital of our company from 490.770.000 TL to 1.472.310.000 TL by increasing 981.540.000 TL fully covered by 2022 profit, within the Registered Capital Ceiling of TL 4.000.000.000 The amendment text is attached.
