09.04.2025 tarihli 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında;

6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak Şirketimizin; 01.01.2025 - 31.12.2025 hesap dönemindeki finansal raporların denetlenmesi ile bu kanunlardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamındaki diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere Deneyim Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.'nin seçilmesine ilişkin Yönetim Kurulu Kararı görüşülerek oy çokluğu ile kabul edildi.
