20.05.2022 ve 19.06.2025 tarihli duyurularımızla ilgili olarak SPK'nın (II-15.1) Özel Durumlar Tebliği'nin 23/7 maddesi kapsamında yapılan açıklamamız aşağıda yer almaktadır.

Şirketimizin Niğde/Bor fabrika yerleşkesinde 12,5 MW  gücünde çatı üzeri Güneş Enerji Santrali (GES) yatırımına ilişkin olarak T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı Teşvik Uygulama ve Yabancı Sermaye Genel Müdürlüğü'ne yatırım teşvik belgesi başvurusu yapılmıştır.

Kamuoyuna ve yatırımcılarımıza saygıyla duyurulur.

Our statement regarding our announcements dated May 20, 2022, and June 19, 2025, made under Article 23/7 of the Capital Markets Board's (II-15.1) Special Circumstances Communiqué, is provided below.

An application for an investment incentive certificate has been submitted to the General Directorate of Incentive Implementation and Foreign Investment of the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey for our company's investment in a 12.5 MW rooftop Solar Power Plant (SPP) at its Niğde/Bor factory site.
