Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 20.05.2022 tarihli toplantısında aldığı karara istinaden;

Şirketimizin Niğde/Bor fabrika yerleşkesinde çatı üzeri Güneş Enerji Santrali (GES) yatırımına ilişkin olarak T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı Teşvik Uygulama ve Yabancı Sermaye Genel Müdürlüğü'ne yatırım teşvik belgesi başvurusu yapılmasına karar verilmiştir.

Kamuoyuna ve yatırımcılarımıza saygıyla duyurulur.

Based on the decision taken by our Company's Board of Directors at its meeting dated 20.05.2022;

Regarding our company's rooftop Solar Power Plant (SPP) investment in Niğde/Bor factory campus, T.R. It has been decided to apply for an investment incentive certificate to the General Directorate of Incentive Implementation and Foreign Capital of the Ministry of Industry and Technology.

It is announced with respect to the public and our investors.
