Şirketimizin işletme sermayesi finansmanı ihtiyacı nedeniyle kullandığı kredilere karşılık olarak; Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş.'ye maliki olduğumuz Manisa ili, Akhisar ilçesi, Süleymanlı OSB Mahallesi, Zeytin Sokak N4/1 Akhisar/MANİSA adresinde bulunan fabrikamızın bina ve arsası üzerine 1. derecede 14.03.2019 tarih ve 5158 yevmiye no ile tesis edilen 600.000.000.-TL (Altıyüz Milyon Türk Lirası) tutarındaki ipotek, kullanılan kredilerin tamamı kapatıldığından bugün (25.04.2025) itibariyle kaldırılmıştır.

In return for the loans used by our company due to its working capital financing needs; the 1st degree mortgage of 600,000,000.-TL (Six Hundred Million Turkish Liras) established with the journal number 5158 dated 14.03.2019 on the building and land of our factory located at N4/1 Akhisar/MANISA, Süleymanlı OSB Neighborhood, Akhisar district, Manisa province, which we own, has been removed as of today (25.04.2025) since all of the loans used have been paid off.
