28.02.2025 tarihli açıklamamıza konu olan; Şirketimiz tarafından 2.000.000.000 TL (İkimilyar Türk Lirası) tutarını aşmayacak şekilde, bir veya birden fazla defada ve yurtiçinde, halka arz edilmeksizin nitelikli yatırımcılara satılmak üzere borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesine ilişkin ihraç belgesi Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 15.05.2025 tarih ve 31/889 sayılı kararı ile onaylanmış olup, söz konusu ihraca ilişkin Başvuru Formu ve İhraç Belgesi ekte yer almaktadır.

Subject to our statement dated 28.02.2025; The issue document for the issuance of debt instruments by our company, not exceeding 2,000,000,000 TL (Two Billion Turkish Liras), to be sold to qualified investors domestically, one or more times, without public offering, has been approved by the Capital Markets Board's decision dated 15.05.2025 and numbered 31/889 and the Application Form and Issuance Document for the said issuance are attached.
