28.07.2023 tarihli açıklamamıza konu olan; Şirketimiz tarafından 5.000.000.000 TL (Beşmilyar Türk Lirası) tutarını aşmayacak şekilde, bir veya birden fazla defada ve yurtiçinde, halka arz edilmeksizin nitelikli yatırımcılara satılmak üzere borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesine ilişkin ihraç belgesi Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 25.01.2024 tarih ve 6/123 sayılı kararı ile onaylanmış olup, söz konusu ihraca ilişkin Başvuru Formu ve İhraç Belgesi ekte yer almaktadır.

Subject to our statement dated 28.07.2023; The issuance document for the issuance of debt instruments by our company, not exceeding 5,000,000,000 TL (Five Billion Turkish Liras), one or more times and to be sold domestically to qualified investors without public offering, is issued by the Capital Markets Board dated 25.01.2024 and numbered 6/123 It was approved by decision no and the Application Form and Export Document for the export in question are attached.
