TUI AG (the "Company") announces that phantom share awards ("Awards") were granted to its members of the Execu!ve Board as set out in the table below underTUI AG's LongTerm Incen!ve Plans.

The Awards were granted with effectas of 1 October 2019 ata base price ofEUR 9.87 per share.This share price equals the average XETRA price of TUI AG shares overa period of 20 trading days prior to the date of grant.
