Release of Vested Depositary Interests underlying TUI AG shares ("DIs") under the TUI Travel Performance Share Plan and the Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme

Following an allocation of TUI Travel PLC shares in December 2012 (which rolled over into DIs on the merger of TUI Travel PLC and TUI AG in December 2014) and the relevant performance conditions being met for the year ended 30 September 2015, the following DIs were released and sold on 10 December 2015 at 1173 pence:
