Sale of Depositary Interests underlying TUI AG shares ("DIs")

In accordance with DTR 3.1 TUI AG was notified on 21 March 2016 that David Burling and Will Waggott, both members of the TUI AG Executive Board, had sold 151 and 205 DIs respectively at £10.240596 each.  The sales were carried out on the London Stock Exchange on 18 March 2016.
