Purchase of Depositary Interests underlying TUI AG shares ("DIs") under the TUI AG Share Incentive Plan

In accordance with DTR 3.1, TUI AG ("the Company") was notified on 15 January 2016 that David Burling, member of the Executive Board of TUI AG, had purchased 16 DIs (13 Partnership and 3 Matching DIs) at £11.98 each under the terms of the TUI AG Share Incentive Plan.  The purchase was carried out on the London Stock Exchange on 14 January 2016.
