Purchase of Depositary Interests underlying TUI AG shares ("DIs") under the TUI AG Share Incentive Plan

In accordance with DTR 3.1, TUI AG ("the Company") was notified on 15 December 2015 that David Burling, member of the Executive Board of TUI AG, had purchased 15 DIs (12 Partnership and 3 Matching DIs) at £11.80 each under the terms of the TUI AG Share Incentive Plan.  The purchase was carried out on the London Stock Exchange on 14 December 2015.
