DIRECTORATE CHANGE

With effect from 1 January 2015, Minnow Powell (Member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of TUI AG) will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Computacenter plc.  Minnow will become the Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 April 2015.
