Yönetim Kurulu 24.09.2025 tarihli kararla;

Şirketimizin TFRS'ye göre hazırlanmış ve bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 2024 yılı finansal tablolarına göre vergi ve sair yasal yükümlülükler çıkarıldığında net dönem karının 174.851.839 TL olduğu, Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş verilere göre ise net dönem karının 132.656.081,16 TL olduğu görülmektedir. Yasal yedekler ayrıldıktan sonra geriye kalan tutarın dağıtılmayarak özsermayeye eklenmesine ve olağan genel kurul toplantısında onaya sunulmasına oy birliğiyle karar verilmiştir.
