Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası düzenlemeleri çerçevesinde hazırlanan ve Vizyon Grup Bağımsız Denetim Anonim Şirketi tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2019-31.12.2019 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 2019 mali yılına ait faaliyetlerden elde edilen dönem karından vergi ve sair yasal yükümlülükler çıkarıldığında toplam net dönem kârının 1.606.471 ( Vergi Usul Kanununa göre hazırlanan mali tablolarda bu rakam 4.006.132-TL kardır) olduğu anlaşılmaktadır

Şirketimizin 2019 faaliyet yılına ait Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı 20 Ağustos Perşembe saat: 15.00'da, " Ever İstanbul Asia Otelinde Dudullu Mh. Imes Sanayi Sitesi 504. Sk. No:4/B1 Umraniye/Istanbul" adresinde yapılmıştır. Genel kurulda 2019 yılına ait net dönem karının dağıtılmayarak olağanüstü yedek olarak ayrılması suretiyle özsermayeye eklenmesi ve şirket bünyesinde bırakılması konusunda oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
