Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

Tufton Oceanic Assets announces the result of its Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held at 11:00 a.m. on 11 June 2024. Resolutions 1-2 inclusive were duly passed by way of a poll.

The full results of the EGM were as follows:
