The Company announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, that Stephen Le Page, Chairman of the Audit Committee and an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Amedeo Air Four Plus Limited, a company listed on the Specialist Funds Segment of the London Stock Exchange.
