CHANGE IN DIRECTORS
Tuas Limited (ASX:TUA) advises the market that Mr Jack Teoh has resigned his position as a non-executive director of the Company in order to focus on other business interests. In his place, the Board has resolved to appoint Bob Teoh to fill the casual vacancy.
The Board acknowledges and thanks Jack for his contribution to the Company through the important initial stages of its demerger from TPG Telecom Limited (TPG), its listing on the ASX and growth to a positive EBITDA position.
The Board welcomes Bob Teoh, who brings youth, skills and experience. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and has been the CEO and Managing Director of the Oscar Wylee group.
