TT Electronics plc (the "Company")

Block Listing Application

An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to The London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued shares. 

Shares from this application will be allocated as follows:

TT Electronics plc Sharesave Scheme: 1,000,000 shares

TT Electronics plc USA Employee Stock Purchase Plan: 1,000,000 shares

The shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on or around 16 November 2023.
