TT Electronics plc (the "Company")

Block Listing Application and Block Listing Update

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to The London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued shares. 

Shares from this application will be allocated as follows:

TT Electronics Long Term Incentive Plan 2014: 5,000,000 shares

The shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on or around 13 May 2020.

The Company also announces that the block listings for the following schemes are no longer required as the schemes have expired and there are no outstanding options. No further shares will now be allotted pursuant to these block listings, and as a result they are hereby cancelled.
