Update on 2024 Final Results Delay

Further to the announcement of 25 February 2025, the Board of TT Electronics plc ("TT", "the Group") has determined that further work is required to conclude the financial results for the year ended 31 December 2024.  The guidance provided on 25 February remains unchanged.

The Group plans to release its results as soon as possible, and we will confirm the revised results announcement date in due course.
