TT Electronics plc Sharesave Scheme

TT Electronics plc ("the Company") operates a Sharesave Scheme ("the Scheme") which is open to all employees in the UK subject to certain requirements. Participants can choose to save up to £500 a month over a three year period.

Pursuant to the Scheme, options were granted on 22 September 2015 at an option price of 131p per ordinary share of 25p each to the following Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility of the Company:

Richard Tyson  

Each of these individuals is eligible to participate in the Scheme and, having capacity within the savings limit, has chosen to save £500 per month. They were each granted an option over 13,740 shares which will normally be exercisable between 1 November 2018 and 30 April 2019.
