Sharesave Scheme Maturity

On 1 November 2013, three year options granted over ordinary shares in the Company of 25p each ("Shares") on 1 October 2010 under the TT electronics plc Sharesave Scheme ("the Scheme") reached their maturity.  The option price for this grant is 114p per ordinary share of 25p each.
