Exercise of options under the Company's 2018 Sharesave Scheme

TT Electronics plc (the "Company") announces that, on 1 November 2021, options were exercised by Mark Hoad and Richard Tyson, both PDMRs of the Company, as set out in the table below pursuant to the maturity of the Company's 2018 Sharesave Scheme.  The options were originally granted on 28 September 2018 at a price of 215p and all shares allotted were retained by the individual.
