Notification of Transaction of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRS)

Grant of options to PDMRs under the Company's 2021 Sharesave Scheme

TT Electronics plc (the "Company") announces that the following PDMRs have, on 29 September 2021, been granted options ("Options") to purchase ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company (the "Shares") pursuant to the Company's 2021 Sharesave Scheme at an exercise price of £2.26.  The awards in favour of each of the PDMRs set out below are made under the 2021 Sharesave Scheme which is available to all of the Company's UK employees, subject to qualifying conditions.

The Options issued under the Sharesave Scheme are, in normal circumstances, not exercisable until the completion of a three-year savings period, which will end on 30 September 2024 and will then be exercisable for a period of six months from the maturity date of 1 November 2024.
