Non-Executive Director Appointment
TT Electronics plc ("TT", "the Company"), a global provider of engineered electronics for performance critical applications, announces that Inken Braunschmidt will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 1 July 2024, serving on the Nominations Committee, Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee from appointment. It is intended that Inken will chair the Remuneration Committee in due course. Inken is a German national.
Inken is currently non-executive director of both James Fisher and Sons plc and Xaar plc, additionally being chair of the remuneration committee at James Fisher and Sons plc. She is a member of the Digital Programme Board of the Royal Academy of Engineering.
She was at FTSE 100 industrials business Halma plc for six years until 2023, latterly as Chief Innovation and Digital Officer and member of the Executive Board. Prior to that, she spent 13 years at RWE AG, the German energy giant, where she held various international leadership roles focusing on strategy, innovation, digital transformation and change management.
She studied Business Administration, Innovation & Technology Management at Kiel University and completed her PhD thesis in Technology Management.
