Board Committee Change

TT Electronics is pleased to announce that the Board has appointed Anne Thorburn to the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect. Anne has been a Non-executive Director on the Board since 1 July 2019 and is currently the Chair of the Audit Committee. The membership of the Remuneration Committee is otherwise unchanged.

There are no other matters that require disclosure under LR 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Rules.
