Board Change

TT Electronics plc ("the Company" or "TT"), a global provider of engineered electronics for performance critical applications, announces that Michael Baunton will be retiring as Non-executive Director with effect from 1 September 2019. 

Neil Carson, Chairman, commented:

"On behalf of the Board of TT Electronics, I wish to thank Mike for his dedicated service to the Board and its committees since joining in 2010, during which time TT has delivered significant portfolio transformation and is now a higher quality business. We wish Mike well in all his future endeavours."

Michael Baunton said: "Over the past nine years that I have served on the Board, TT has changed from an automotive focused group to a technology-rich electronics business with solutions in aerospace and defence, medical, and high-end industrial markets.
