TT Electronics plc - Director Declaration

TT Electronics plc ("the Company") announces that Alison Wood, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Cairn Energy plc with effect from 1 July 2019.

The Company also confirms that Alison will be retiring from the board of Cobham plc by the end of 2019.

This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14(2) of the Listing Rules.
