Confirmation of Non-executive Director change

Further to the announcement made on 10 June 2016, TT Electronics plc, a global provider of engineered electronics for performance critical applications, confirms that John Shakeshaft resigned as a Director on 31 August 2016.

Stephen King became Senior Independent Director on 7 July 2016, and Alison Wood now chairs the Remuneration Committee following John's resignation.
