Appointment of New Group Chief Executive

Further to the announcement made on 14 January 2014, TT Electronics plc ("the Company"), a global provider of performance critical technology solutions to leading manufacturers, is now able to confirm that Geraint Anderson will be stepping down from his position as Group Chief Executive on 30th June 2014. His replacement, Richard Tyson, will succeed Geraint as Group Chief Executive and a member of the Board of the Company on 1st July 2014.
