("the Company")

General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that, at the General Meeting of the Company's shareholders held at 10.30 am on 10 August 2017, the resolution proposed at the meeting (the "Resolution") was duly passed.

Shareholders voted to approve the proposed disposal by the Company of its Transportation Sensing and Control business (the "Disposal"). 

Following this vote, the Disposal remains conditional upon a limited number of conditions.

The full text of the Resolution is shown in the Notice of General Meeting set out in the circular sent to shareholders on 24 July 2017 and full details of the votes received from the Company's shareholders for the resolution will be available on the Company's website at www.ttelectronics.com.

A copy of the Resolution will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where it will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
