Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 23 Eylül 2021 tarihli kararı doğrultusunda, sermaye artırım işlemlerinin tamamlandığının Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na ("Kurul") bildirilmesi ve Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Sermaye ve Paylar" başlıklı 7'nci maddesinin işbu açıklamaya ekli yeni şekline ilişkin uygun görüş alınması amacıyla 24 Eylül 2021 tarihinde Kurul'a başvuruda bulunulmuştur.

Kurul'un uygun görüşü üzerine Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü nezdinde gerekli tescil ve ilan işlemleri gerçekleştirilecektir.
