İlgili başvurumuza konu taslak tadil metni, ekteki şekilde Kurul'un 29.09.2021 tarih ve E-12233903-340.05.05-11246 sayılı yazısı ile onaylanmış olup, Kurul tarafından onaylı tadil metni ekte yer almaktadır.
