Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 8 Eylül 2020 tarihli kararı doğrultusunda, sermaye artırım işlemlerinin tamamlandığının Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na ("Kurul") bildirilmesi ve Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Sermaye ve Paylar" başlıklı 7 nci maddesinin işbu açıklamaya ekli yeni şekline ilişkin uygun görüş alınması amacıyla 9 Eylül 2020 tarihinde Kurul'a başvuruda bulunulmuştur.

Kurul'un uygun görüşü üzerine Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü nezdinde gerekli tescil ve ilan işlemleri gerçekleştirilecektir.
