Reporting of trading in Tryg shares by Morten Hübbe and Lars Bonde

Group CEO Morten Hübbe has been granted 6,990 Tryg shares for a total amount of DKK 1,181,607 and Group COO Lars Bonde has been granted 3,205 Tryg shares for a total amount of DKK 541,781 related to the matching shares programme from 2015. Lars Bonde has also sold 5,000 Tryg shares for a total amount of DKK 846,391 in connection to financing his participation in the matching shares programme.
