Election of board employee representatives in Tryg A/S

At a recent ended employee election in Tryg, the Danish employees have elected Tina Snejbjerg and Lone Hansen, the Norwegian employees Tom Eileng and the Swedish and Finnish employees Bill-Owe Johansson as employee representatives of Tryg's Supervisory Board.

As substitute members of Tryg's Supervisory Board, the Danish employees have elected Jesper Henrik de Gusmão-Sørensen as personal substitute for Tina Snejbjerg and Henning Vinther as personal substitute for Lone Hansen, the Norwegian employees Thor Oscar Ugland as personal substitute for Tom Eileng and the Swedish and Finnish employees have elected Elias Bakk as personal substitute for Bill-Owe Johansson.

The new board members enter the Supervisory Board after the annual general meeting of Tryg 16 March 2016. At the same time, the former employee representative Vigdis Fossehagen will withdraw.

After 16 March 2016, the employee representatives of Tryg's Supervisory Board are:

  • Tina Snejbjerg
  • Lone Hansen
  • Tom Eileng
  • Bill-Owe Johansson
