Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Trustpilot announces that Rachel Kentleton, independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Jet2 plc ("Jet2"), with effect from 18 March 2024. Jet2 is a London Stock Exchange AIM-listed company.
Upon joining the board of Jet2, Rachel will join its audit & risk and remuneration committees. Rachel will take up the position of chair of the audit & risk committee following completion of the external audit of Jet2's financial results for the year ending 31 March 2024.
