Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot" or the "Company") announces that Ben Johnson, a non-executive director of the Company, is retiring from the Board of directors (the "Board") on 10 February 2024 following over eight years' service on the Board.

This notification is made under Listing Rule 9.6.11 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.

As a shareholder-appointed director, Ben Johnson does not receive any fees for his service as a non-executive director. For the purposes of section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that no remuneration payment or payment for loss of office will be made in connection with his departure.
