In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Trustpilot Group plc (the "Company") announces that Zillah Byng-Thorne, an independent non-executive director and Chair Designate of the Company, is expected to be appointed as a non-executive director and Chair of M&C Saatchi plc, with effect from 15 June 2023.

Zillah is currently Chief Executive Officer of Future plc and a non-executive director of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. As announced by Future plc on 22 February 2023, Zillah will be standing down from her role as Chief Executive Officer of Future plc on 31 March 2023.
