In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Trustpilot Group plc (the "Company") announces that Zillah Byng-Thorne, a non-executive director and deputy chair of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:NCLH), with effect from 1 November 2022.

As announced by Flutter Entertainment plc earlier today, Zillah will be stepping down from her role as a non-executive director of Flutter with effect from 31 January 2023.
