Board Committee Membership Changes
Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot") announces the following changes to the membership of the committees of its board of directors:
● Joe Hurd has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Trust & Transparency Committee with effect from his appointment as a director on 1 June 2021; and
● Claire Davenport, currently a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, has decided to step down from her role as a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 July 2021.
Following the changes noted above, the membership of the Trustpilot board committees noted above will be as follows:
