TruSpine Technologies plc (AQSE: TSP), the medical device company focused on the development of its pioneering "screwless," spinal (vertebral) stabilisation systems, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") was convened and adjourned at its commencement, without any business being conducted.

The reconvened AGM will now be held at 9.00 a.m. on Monday 31 October 2022, at the Company's registered office, being Spectrum House, Af33, Beehive Ring Road, London Gatwick Airport, Gatwick, England, RH6 0LG.

The Directors of the Company are responsible for the release of this announcement.
