Result of 2024 AGM & Directorate Change

TruSpine Technologies Plc, the medical device company focused on the spinal (vertebral) stabilisation market, announces that at its 2024 AGM held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.

As announced 17 March 2025, following the conclusion of the 2024 AGM, Norman Lott, Tim Evans and Nikunj Patel have retired from the Board with immediate effect. Dr Evans and Mr Patel will remain as members of the Medical Advisory Board providing continual input on the medical side.
