Notice of 2024 AGM

TruSpine Technologies Plc, the medical device company focused on the spinal (vertebral) stabilisation market, announces that notice of the Company's 2024 annual general meeting ("2024 AGM") has been sent to shareholders.

The 2024 AGM will be held at Regus, Crawley, Gatwick Airport Manor Royal, Churchill Court 3, Crawley, RH10 9LU  on 10 April 2025 at 11:00 am.

A copy of the notice of the 2024 AGM, along with the form of proxy, will be shortly available from the Company's website https://truspinetech.com/

As noted in the 2024 annual report and the announcement on 30 September 2024, Norman Lott (Group Chief Financial Officer) Dr Tim Evans (Non-Executive Director) and Nikunj Patel (Non-Executive Director) will not be putting themselves forward for re-election and will therefore retire following conclusion of the 2024 AGM. Dr Evans and Mr Patel will remain as members of the Medical Advisory Board providing continual input on the medical side.

The Directors of the Company are responsible for the release of this announcement.
