NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the company, the trading halt on TruScreen Limited (“TRU”) ordinary shares will remain in place. The trading halt was placed at 9:30am on Tuesday, 2 July 2019.

The trading halt will remain in place, until the earlier of:

• An announcement by TRU in relation to the completion of its bookbuild; or

• The open of trading on Monday 8 July 2019.
